ANET A8 Hot End E3D v6 mount plate

3D model description

EDIT 2020-07-03: Added different nozzle models so you chan choose your preferred model.

EDIT 2020-06-11: Added the stl files for both v1 and v2 extruder holder. However I do not recomend the v1 as the curve of the bowden tube is not perfect. v2 should be preferred.

EDIT 2020-06-08: Modified the fan duct so the air is blown on the part and not on the nozzle.

Hi guys, I designed this to fit an E3D v6 hotend to my ANET A8 without having to change the original firmware. I tried to make it as light as possible to minimize vibrations when printing.

I installed the extruder step motor using other parts found on Thingiverse.

Thanks for your feedback.

EDIT 2020-07-03: Addition of different blower nozzle models to suit everyone.

EDIT 2020-06-11: Added files for both extruder media v1 and v2. With experience I advise against v1 because the bowden tube curve between the extruder and the E3D v6 is not optimal, with use I have better results with v2.

EDIT 2020-06-08: Modification of the fan nozzle so that the air is blown onto the room and not onto the heating nozzle.

Hello, I designed this cart to install an E3D v6 hotend on my ANET A8 without having to change the original firmware. The nozzle is in the same place as the original one. The objective is to lighten as much as possible the mobile unit to limit vibrations and improve the quality of the prints. The extruder motor has been moved using other parts found here and there on thingiverse.

Let me know how you're doing!

Gast.
