skull battery tea light holder

3D model description

I wanted a skull to add to some halloween bits I am printing for my son.

I wanted it to hold a battery opperated tea light that I got from ebay.(http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321049710676?var=510095296970&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649) I have no connection to this seller, I got mine from here and were all ok with good delivery time YMMV.

This is a resized version of thing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:38282/ #files skull shot glass by tmatos, thanks for the upload ;)

I scaled the skull up and changed the hole size inside to take the tea light,I also took a little of the top to give it a flat area.

the tea lights I got are 37mm diameter and 40mm heigh with flame.

I printed it in glow in the dark PLA it printed well and the candle flickers which gives a nice effect.

3D printing settings

I printed mine in glow in the dark PLA at 0.4 layer height with 30% fill and no raft.

I am running a reprappro mono mendel and printed on frog tape.
