Vermont Terrain

3D model description

This is the beautiful state of Vermont as a topographical model. Mountains are up to 8mm high, the base thickness is 4mm (yes, we did stretch the z-axis because if it was to scale the model would be pretty much flat). Definitely no buildings to see here, because according to Wikipedia Vermont "is the only state that does not have any buildings taller than 124 feet (38 m)". If you know where to look, you'll find Lake Champlain and Mount Mansfield, which are the only two landmarks in Vermont we can remember from travelling to Vermont with our finger on the map.

3D printing settings

We haven't made this one yet, but it's sized to comfortably fit the built tray of a Makerbot Replicator 2. Of course you can easily resize it to fit your requirements. We strongly suggest printing Vermont in green.
