3D model description

The engraving is quite beautiful if lit by an super bright LED.
The Pink Panther was found on:

The top and bottom dxf files where created by exporting 2d projections using openscad. Look at the end of the scad file and comment in/out what You need.

3D printing settings

Adjust geometry for Your parts (switch, battery holder).
I used 15mm depth in Wood for the acrylic glas, 21mm depth for the switch, 22mm for LED and 21 mm for the battery holder.

Acrylic glas can be easily polished by using Xerapol Plastic Polish.
Please do not use the XT variant of acrylic glas, it melts to easy when engraved.
GS or Makrolon should be better.
