This is a Waxing Profile for all models of Cross-Country-Ski.
Just lay down your ski on the profile, fix it with the vice and begin with your work.
Every pillow block contains a guide bar. So you can adjust the length by opening the fixing screws.

Print took at least about 100h and 1.7kg of filament.

Printed on a Creality-Cr10

I recommend to add a rubber mat to the seating (Pillow Block´s and vice jaw) to ensure a safe hold.

There is also a "sample" folder included. Print the four STL´s in this folder to make sure the M6 and M10 thread will work fine with your printer.
Send me a message if it don´t work on your printer. So i can send you some other threads and modifie the waxing profile till it will fit for you.

3D printing settings

Don´t use support in threads. I recommend to print threads with a layer Height of 0.1mm.
