This is a resculpt of a MakerBot model from Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:111483. I also borrowed the Praying Hands by fpertl at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:737909. They're great!
I wasn't really trying to make it look like the tiny picture on the original MakerBot post. It's too small for me to see well. I just went with the flow. I wanted a cute angel and this was ripe.
I did most of the work in MeshMixer and some booleans in Blender. I go back and forth between them a lot when I'm working.
There's a 180mm version and a small one, about 3 1/4" or 85mm, and a small one with a torus meant as an ornament.
I haven't 3D printed this yet. Sorry! I've seen makes of the other. These models have been checked and are two-manifold, 1 connected component, 0 holes (look good when checked in Meshlab with compute topological measures).
